Default Installing vafc on obd0 pr3 tomorrow - is this right?

Well I think I've got all except 2 wires right, what do you guys think? (I have searched here and honda-tech, just double-checking).

Purple (vtec solenoid) = A8
Pink (vtec solenoid) = A8
Yellow (vtec pressure switch) = B5
White (vtec pressure switch) = B5
Gray (Throttle signal) = C7
Black (ground) = A16
Brown (ground) = A16
Red (IG power) = A13
Orange (IG power) = A13

Now the 2 I'm not sure of are Blue (VTM signal) and green (RPM signal). I've read that green goes to the distributor ground, is that correct and if so, what # is it? Blue I have no clue where it goes, do I even need it or have a VTM signal? Thanks a ton guys.

Also, I will be turbo in the next month or 2 but want to get this installed and out of the way now. If I just hook this thing up what settings should I put in so that it runs pretty much like it is now? ie: I don't wanna change anything, just have it installed and out of the way.

thanks again!
