Default Injectors?

What size injectors can a stock ecu handle? Lets say my car has 200cc injectors in it and I want to put in 250cc injectors, think the stock ecu can control the 250's with out any mods to the ecu?

would probly run like crap. there is really no point to change injectors without modding the ecu to control them.
