Injector sizing?

Noob here, so please be gentle :-\. I've tried the search, but could not find the answer. I'm planning a low boost application for my '89 LXi Accord (2.0L, A20A3, FI engine) and am researching what I'll need. My question is, how do I determine if I need bigger injectors, more fuel pressure etc.? Seems like everyone here just does this automatically, but how do you know when you really need it or not? Is there some formula for calculating this?
Thanks, and great site. I hope to learn a lot here.

Fomrula? Yes, more boost=more gas. What are you using for fuel management? If you use an FMU you won't need injectors. If you want to use somehing like the AFC or if you want to get serious you can use TurboEdit and some 450cc injectors. When you use injectors bigger than stock you need something to control them.
