One of my pindel caps is chipped I know you can replace them but I cant find replacements anywhere. If I leave it alone will it be OK?

Pintle caps affect the way fuel atomises. They're not essential, but a good flow pattern helps make an extra few horsies. Unless they're prohibitively expensive, its not a bad idea to get replacements. Or send your injectors for cleaning when they are replaced as a matter of course.

You should change the title of this thread so that it can be found when searching.

The cleaning and rebuilding of used DSMs defeats the purpose of using them. THEIR CHEAP.

With them being $50 shipped, $25 for caps, $$ for cleaning. You are creaping closer to just getting lightly used or new RCs.
