Default Injector impedance

Alright I have some 55# low imp Siemens Deka injectors I need to use as high impedance.

Low is like ~4ohms... high is like ~14... so I should just pop in 10 ohm resistors like I did with the teg... but... What wattage? And people say it causes heat issues, so should I try to use bigger resistors or heatsink them somehow??

Gonna try the tunerpro setup this weekend finally... kinda groggy this morning.
