Check to make sure the all of the vacuum lines are connected to the manifold and the other end is firmly on the parts it needs to be on, such as FPR and emission ----. Could be anything from old spark plugs, spark plug wires to a bad dizzy cap.

change all the usual stuff like plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter.
