I need standalone or piggyback ....help
 

hey guys...i'd like to know what is the cheapest standalone or piggyback that i can use with my laptop....
i'd like to tune with a laptop but don't have that much money....
so i'd like to know what is out there...
i know of perfectpower, ghettoyne...
what else is out there...and what would you recommend..
what is ghettodyne anywyas?and who is using it?

Ghettodyne isnt offically working right now..

The only good piggy backs I can think of, are Apexi Fconn or the PMS management system.. think they are both over 700 bucks.

and that doesnt include injectors..

Laptop tuning is for any home brew..

Hondata is overpriced ----..

You have to spend $1200 just to tune it yourself.. what sort of bullshit is that..

Acell dfi but I never heard stories of it..EFI pms..

How about The steed speed additional injector controller.

A Boost Controlled Auxiliary Fuel Injector Controller with Oxygen Sensor reference.

It is? I can't afford a laptop, usually just load the computer with an AC/DC inverter into the passenger seat.

I feel a lot better now that I had a ghetto 15" monitor kicked me, because I was a bit scared about hurting the 19" I paid $ for.

You can try the EFI PMS systems, it is a piggyback with its own hand controller, but if you do decide to buy the Intercaq software it will give you the ability to datalog and make the system a full standalone unit. The only problem with this is it doesnt have any applications for Non OBD cars.... :-[

I'm running the SDS EIC on my turbo ZC. It's very easy to control and install.
The complete 2 injector kit is $500 and can handle up to 160hp.
