I need ECU help really bad please!

Tried posting in general discussion but no one has even looked at it.

Hey guys, i have a dohc zc swap in my 89 hatchback std and ive been running a crappy pm6 ecu and i just got a 89 integra pg7 5speed ecu and i tried to plug it up and start car and it just keeps turning over but wont fire. there is also a weird humming noise when i try to start, but if i give a little gas humming noise goes aaway but still no fire. please help, thanks in advance.

Was the PG7 ecu tested before you bought it? Make sure all your plugs are securely inserted in the ecu and that none of your wires have come loose.

the guy that sent it to me was using it in a 89hatch powering a dohc zc.

no wires are loose, i just plugged my pm6 back in and it started up like always. and i made sure i had the plugs all the way inserted into the ecu.
