Also if anyone IS using a Hondata ECU (made within the past year) with the boost option I've got a couple questions - please get a hold of me :)

Unfortunately, no one is going to help you reverse engineer Hondata's software.

i think he wants the upgrade's for free, u would need an the algorithm to figure out the key for the upgrades. i already check the net. they have key generaters for everything on the net beside Hondata upgrades..Sorry

Dude, after my 4bd got swiped, I tried that for about 5 or 6 solid days. It's not gonna happen. Hondata not only included code to cripple the software without the interface, the fuel and ignition maps are not in the same place as stock. Also, a lot of the options are hardware controlled, such as the launch control, etc, and it's all in the interface box.
