Default Hondata

I have a friend who just bought a 93 GSR with a LS/VTEC and a Hondata S100. He wants me to help him retune it as the seller removed some performance parts as part of the deal like aftermarket cams etc.Do you have to be a dealer to have the software?I was looking on there site and it refers to buying a Romulator and rom editing software.I just wanted to double check that you have to be dealer to tune it.Thanks

You can call them an ask... but last I heard, you had to be a dealer.

sell that junk and run something else. Easy solution and you make money off it to boot. If someone would actually pay for that any more.
