Holley intank oem fit fuel pumps
I'm pretty sure this is "engine management" since FMU's are, then this has to be.
Anyways, I was looking at the Holley and Walbro in tank fuel pumps which seems to be the same thing. I was going to order a Walbro since Massimo has them on sale, but my friend offered me a Holley for less. My question is, Walbro's require an extra $15 harness to hook up the fuel pump... is this necessary? I thought they just plugged right in using the oem honda plug? (not sure how honda pumps work, never looked at one).. are the Holley's the same way? Do I need this $15 harness for the Holley pump just like the Walbro? Stan |
Re:Holley intank oem fit fuel pumps
Depends on what year ca its going in. OBD2 plugs right in, at least it did in my 96 Integra. My 90' Civic I had to rewire the plug with the one they supplied. This was the same case in an 89' Supra.
Also Holly make Walboro. |
Re:Holley intank oem fit fuel pumps
Sweet. I have a 2000 civic, so it should just plug right in. And I thought Holley made Walbro, cause their pumps look the same.
Thanks! Stan |
Re:Holley intank oem fit fuel pumps
I agree. It should plug right in on OBD2 cars.
