Help me out plz..
well.. after seeing how cheap you guys have been able to accomplish turboing your cars.. i said what the hell.. i am going to do the same.. but.. there is only one problem.. i am having.. on my 86 accord hatchie.. the stock ECU just wont cut it.. i know it wont.. ive read up on some things you guys have done to go around your stock ECU.. but most of you seem to be REX owners.. so that does me no good..
what could i use to control spark/Fuel??
any help is appreciated

6,200rpm redness..(which turbo would be best for this redline?)
bottom end is strong as ---- on our motors.. so im not worried about blowing it. i dont plan on running high amounts of boost anyway..

thats pretty old.. there is some work being done over at pgmfi.org with vacuum advance ecu's (pre-8

otherwise i guess youd just have to do the old fpr/fuel pump/maphack with low boost..

a member..sean has created a system that allows u to use no distributer.. lol.. yeh what u heard..
he made it for boost.. and N/A applications.. tune the car up the *** with that.
i just dont feel like dishing out the money for it..
at any rate..
do you think
FPR/fuel Pump/injectors/AFC could do the task of running about 6-8psi? which is all i plan to run.?
would that combo be enough?
