help with crome...

im new to this and i was trying to understand how crome works, but it seems that i can not add boost option to a p28 map, so i dont understand because i got a bin with a p28 map tuned for 10 psi... how i add boost feature to crome tables...
and im having problems with uberdata because each time i download a bin i try to open and appears something like this... Assembling: L1H1_AF.asm, and it creates a shortcut in my desktop... and the map is all messed up, has anybody had this problem... thanks a lot for the help...

Re: help with crome...

You cannot apply boost tools to P28 code in CROME.
The CROME map that you have for the 10psi tune is on P30 code, it was just tuned for for that particular D series. (I assume its a D, since you refer to it as a P28 map)
The error that you are getting in Uber (failed to assmble: L1H1....), happens when you try and open a bin that is not in the same directory/folder that you launched Uber from. When you download an Uber rom from the interweb, save it to the same folder that Uber is in.

The short story,
-Crome can only be used for boost on P30 and P72 code base. You can run any setup/engine you want w/ it, but the code base must be P30 or P72. When creating a new Crome bin: File, new, select P30. Do what you want w/ it.
-With Uber, keep the bin files you want to work on in the same file folder as Uber.

Re: help with crome...

thanks a lot you've cleared all my doubts, i solved the uber problem, but i dont understand one thing... why every value above 3000rpms is -0.25 in the low fuel table, and above 6000 in the fuel high? and how do i go to the higher rpms in the fuel low because the map is shown up to 5001 rpms and i cant go any lower not even with the cursor.
