Help, chipping a P30

Where does the 74HC chip go, I'm confused. Do I need a different kind of kit than for a USDM ecu?

Where do you get a surface mount HC373? Is there a website or diagram of a JDM ecu and where it needs to be chipped.

oh buddy i had a p08 with the same problem

i got so pissed after buying 4 different chips that were 2 big that i set it on fire and bought a p28
