Help, car keeps dying

Car is a 98 cav z24 with the 2.4 motor (distributorless)

Here is the problem I am having:
The car keeps dying at random. It will start right back up once in a while, but mostly will not and just puts as the starter turns. Twice now I have had to get towed because the car just wouldnt start. I have a msd dis-2, walbro 255lph and 2 secondary 450cc injectors in addition to the stock 240's. Sometimes it will start back up and run very @!#$ty. Almost like its getting starved of fuel, or running a cylinder low and it will shut off on its own within seconds. If I hit the gas, it will just make it bog and it will stall on the spot. I am thinking it's a fuel delivery issue now. Howveer, at first I thought it was ignition related. Therefore, I have already replaced the igntion switch, coil packs, and ignition control module along with battery. It stalled out on me again the next day... This is what I dont understand:

If it is a fuel problem and it is stalling out becaues it is getting starved, why does it start back up a few hours later and run mint for the next few days until it stalls again? If I part was @!#$ting the bed, wouldn't it just stop working completely instead of being intermittent? Right now, im leaning towards the fuel pump or msd box. Any help is appreciated. This is really pissing me off... Thanks guys

Check your plugs when it wont start...are they drenched in fuel?
