TurboEDIT has 3Bar support. It just requires a ROM that supports it.
..to edit it, you'll need to download the upcoming version of TurboEDIT that incorporates Plugins. Muahahahaha.. more to come on that!

He said he got ahold of a program that lets him do it, I trust him with all this ----. I really know jack ---- about timing and fuel management. I know what you need, but ---- man, when it comes to electronics I'm as stupid as uh the Eminem post
