Gm 2 bar vs gm 3 bar which one to use???

I have a 93 Honda accord coupe I'm in the process of turboing. I have access to gm 2 bar map sensors. What's the difference other than the obvious. I'm looking to run around 10 psi of boost. Which to use?? I'm new to all this any info helps. My setup as follows. F20z1 non vtec, obx h23 intake manifold, 68mm blox throttle body, t3/t4 .50 cold .63 hot, cast exhaust manifold, 450cc dsm injectors, walbro 255lph, p06 ecu with chrome, fmic with 2.5" piping, 2.5" exhaust and down pipe to a obx twin loop muffler. Any info will be greatly app. And noted see holes or flaws in my setup chime in let me know like I said I'm kinda new to this.

for only 10 lbs of boost you dont even need to change out the map sensor. make sure you find a good tuner if you do as the ecm tuning is much more difficult to get an n/a ecu to read boost. a 2 bar map sensor will read up to 14.7 lbs of boost.

Really that's what I wanted to hear. Yeah I have a good tuner. Any recommendations on someone to make a base map ? Pharable.net ?? They any good?? I gotta drive the car a distance to see him and get a tune.
