FUEL QUESTIONS HELP ASAP

Ok heres the deal i got a turboed ZC built for 20psi i onl wanna run between 7-10 what fuel setup can i use that will work and please specify if you can.Thanks,ive heard everything from FMU to Hondata($400 plus $350 to tune-lil-high)but someone let me know thanks

i thought hondata was more than 400....just get an afc or an smc if you dont want to fork out the $$

Its an ECU out of a 91 integra i beleive still obd0.who does ghettodyne?
