Fuel Management Help!!!

Ok guys here goes... My Setup: 1990 Civic Si, 1990 B16A w/ LSD, PR3(crap)ECU OBDO of course, T3 Super 60(from ebay guy), 1G DSM 450's and BOV, Custom log mani, Oil Kit, FMIC, The whole sha-Bang... The only thing im lacking is fuel management. Ok i was wanting to get a VAFC and do the whole hack thing, but the more i read about it the more i don't like it. So im wondering what other options i have, im leaning towards geting an chip burner(eeprom thingy). But im not quit sure i know how that works. I have read everything on this site about fuel manag. and i am still a lil confused. On the chip burning, what is a good and semi cheap burner to get and a prgram to burn the chips with?? Also is there anything i can really do with my pr3 ecu to run boost with my current setup? I also need to adjust Vtec and RPM points, and most importantly remove my damn speed governor(sp?). Sorry soo long but this is my last step before starting my install. I juss want to be completely sure i will have my fuel covered. Thanx in advance.

Jason
