Fuel injectors not pulsing

Fuel injectors not pulsing
I just changed my car over to obd1 and now i can not get my injectors to fire. Is a bad ground causing this? Could it be that the distributor is wired wrong? Im getting spark though when i turn the car over.
The only way i can get my injectors to fire is pull the jumper off of j1 in my ecu. When i do this i get a solid cell. Here is a link to my other post so i don't have to repeat myself again. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=83530.0
