Fuel, Ignition, and Management Setup Questions

Ok guys I have a T3 going on a Z6 block with darton sleeves, a set of JE SRP pistons that are stock comp. ratio, Eagle H beams, ARP studs and all of that good stuff. It is going in my 96 civic coupe. I am going to run Uberdata. I want to run like 20 psi with a possible 50 shot off the line. I am just wondering what form of fuel setup would you guys recommend to run. I am open for all suggestions. Do I just need a Walboro 255 and a decent FPR or what? Also is MSD needed or will Uber do all that I need. Please any input is appreciated. Thanks

James

Also another question that I have is what size injectors would I need.

At 20psi I would recommend 750cc injectors, an Aeromotive FPR, a Walbro 255 lt/hr pump and possibly the MSD SCI if your spark is blowing out at higher RPMs.

Definitely need 2 step colder plugs and they will need to be gapped down (.28 or maybe smaller).

Anyone else have any thoughts? Thats all I can think of right now...

as far as what fuel to run, you can run pump gas all you want, the only difference between pump gas and race gas is the octane rating which just allows you to run more timing because it burns cooler. as far as an msd, you may or may not have spark problems at 20 psi, time will tell, but unless you do, you don't need any type of aftermarket ignition. and yeah, a good fuel pump, fpr, and i would get a good fuel rail also, and at least some 660cc injectors. injector size is more dependent on how much hp you'll be making, not how much psi you'll be running. you'll prolly be around 315-325 with some good tuning and 660's will be more than enough for that. with all that money going in to the block, i would be getting A LOT bigger turbo though, a straight up t3 will never make enough power to even phase that block. with a much bigger turbo, good fuel set, good flowing (if any) exhaust, good flowing large fmic, you could make as much as 400 whp i'm sure with the stock head.

Re:Fuel, Ignition, and Management Setup Questions

Well this is my first turbo car and I am wanting to start out decently big but then step up to a T3/T4 once I get a little more experience. Currrently I have my head at a machine shop getting P&P and honed out and also getting a 3 angle. Someone told me that 550CC from stealthmode would be sufficent but I am guessing they would not be. Also is there any way to make this daily driven? I commute about 45 minutes back and forth to school and I still want to be able to drive this car. Also when I am tuning with Uber is there anything that I should do different than a normal base map. I know I have to setup my injectors and all of that but any other tips would be great.
