i dont mean to sound like a dick...but if you actually used an efficent fuel management, you wouldnt be getting 12mpg and 5mpg. not to mention your injectors could be faulty.

I would check my injectors first. i would actually buy one of those kits they used in the DSM 450cc Tech project on this site and do that to each of the injectors. and if that didnt solve the problem, time to sell the hack, but i bet that the injectors are faulty in some way or another...
