Freshly Chipped ECU Probs (SOLID CEL)

Chipped my ECU last night, soldering job looks alright, burned p28-ERMbaseline.bin which I found off honda-tech.com i believe but I have a SOLID CEL, looked all over for answers and most people suggest rechecking solder connections and cut j1 to see if soldering is my prob (yet to do that no time between school and work but when I get time i will check) I also saw that PA, ELD, Knock Sensor, and VTEC Coolant Check were all enabled under the misc tab....(which ones do I need to disable) Unfortunately uberdata forums are down otherwise id be there searching and posting...........any other suggestions?

On a side note...why do I have a resistor in R52, every other picture of an ecu on the web doesn't, i don't believe its an auto ECU JP17 is not there and JP18 is jumpered.....(resistor looking piece with single black line)

Solid CEL = Either chip is fucked or soldering is fucked. Or perhaps you burned up the HC373 when soldering and need to replace that.
