FMU, stock injectors, check valves, on D16Z6 with T25, your thoughts???

hello. i was reading in the engine management faq that "...the check valves are used to "bleed off" the positive pressure (several check valves may be needed depending on your maximum boost setting), and the FMU is used to compensate fuel. Stock injectors are normally used on these low boost, high fuel pressure setups... usually good for 6psi..." so my question is i what are some of your thoughts on this setup. i know everyone goes with chipped ecu, afc hack, etc. but i jus want a cheap easy setup. i only want to run 6psi max and have no future plans to run more. this is my first turbo project and it is on a hatch that i only run once and a while in rallycross and gettin crazy on dirt roads. so a 12:1 FMU, stock injectors, check valves, T25 running 6psi, D16Z6, will this work, will the car even run and not blow up (hehe)??? thanks for your help and for your time.

It will work, but who knows when your ---- will blow up.

I think it's a crappy idea.

to much risk in that setup you might as well not boost if your not ready for a true setup just wait until you can chip the ecu plus fmu are the more than a chip set and if your only running six psi there is definitly someone out there who has done your setup so just llok around for a good basemap and go from there and by the way we have all been at that point and six psi wont last you will be going for more once you feel that feeling for yourself

thanks for your input. i do have some DSM 440 injectors kicking around so maybe i could use those chip my ecu??seems xenocron is a company that a lot of people use for their chipped ecu's. think they will be able to chip my ecu for my setup?? i could probably just ship them my ecu and have them do it? after looking into all of the desoldering and soldering that is involved i might want to have a pro do it.

FMU, stock injectors, check valves, on D16Z6 with T25,

I ran that same setup for 2 years on my DOHC ZC with no problems. Made 160HP to the wheels :y
