Default FMU

Hi. I am turboing my D15b7. I have a rhb5 turbo and I am about to put it in. The car has 25000 miles on it it is a 1994 dx. I want to take my time with the turbo and get nice parts. The car isnt on the road. I want to put the turbo in and hook it up oil and coolant lines and charge pipes. My fuel system is stock and I want to save up for something nice over the winter. My question is can I use a FMU over the winter? With my stock fuel system? I only want to be able to start the car from time to time to keep everything working well..If I can do this what type of FMU should I get. Also if I cant what would I need to get to make the FMU work for awhile? Thanks

If you aren't driving the car and just starting it you don't need anything. You will only need fuel management if you build boost.

Yes I am. I want something that not many people have done. Plus I cant see wasting the engine it only has 25000 miles on it. Any engine can be made to do anything. Weakness has nothing to do with it. Make it stronger. Plus I have talked to a few people who has boosted the same engine and said it has been running reliablie.

So what you are saying is if I just start the car and let it idle and dont rev it up it will be ok?
