Eprom Tuning?

Can you chip a OBDII 1mzfe or 3vzfe ecu (both toyota or lexus engines)?

OBDII engines started in 95 right, and does anyone know if there is a OBDII->OBDI harness for these engines? thanks

chipping obd2? highly unlikely. and I haven't found conversion harnesses for anything other than Honda; you'll probably have to make your own.
