Which EMS for my 96 Civic
I know there has been alot of discussion on this but I wanted to get an individual opinion. I have a 96 civic with the d16y8 and I am trying to figure out which management to use. I want to stay OBD2 and I want it to be as user friendly as possible. I was looking at going with the Greddy "Blue Box" and I just wanted to know your views on how this will work. I am probably going to run a T25 with a max of about 10 pounds of boost. I do not intend on ever going over that. I also want to use the "Blue Box" because that is the only change that has to be made that I know about unlike having to change out MAP and injectors. I will have to get a larger fuel pump just to be safe but I was just wanting to know what you thought about if for a daily driver at 10 or < boost. Thanks

you don't have to change anything to convert to obd1, you just plug up the harness and the new ecu, it just allows the ecu to be socketed/chipped. obd2 sucks, have fun, oh yeah, the 'blue box' sucks also, if anything get the whole tuneable greddy emanage, this is the only thing remotely near what you could get for FREE if you just bought a 78 dollar conversion harness and went obd1, oh well, have fun
