Elevation and changing A/F?

What does higher and lower elevation do to A/F? My guess is that if I tuned at a lower elevation and drove somewhere with a much higher elevation I'd run a bit lean. :-\

Nope vice versa...

If you tune at low elevation and go high you will run a tad richer...power will lag because there is less air entering your engine.

i live in colorado at 5000 ft. elevation..... air is my enemy.....boost is a must here, cars you see running like high 14's ( gs-r swapped hatch or something ) will be lucky to break 15's here...every year we watch guys come from lower elevation to compete at idrc events and so forth, and there cars always run like ass.... :-\

Yea I have the same problem to a lesser degree. I live in Bend Oregon about 3500' I love going to Portland cause my car feels so much faster. Turbos coming.
