If it were only that easy I would in a second. Show me a programmable EFI kit for a 2 cylinder 2 stroke and I'll buy it.

Megasquirt DIY ecu...... Other expensive brands supports 2 strokes also.

You kick ass. Do you have the name of any other brands?

Also do you need a crank angle sensor for an EFI system to work properly?

you could get real fancy and have a boost sensitve switch on the manifold as you hit boost we will say 1 psi itll turn on an extra pump which you can have run through a 1:1 fpr.

I'm going to give that DIY ECU a try. A full standalone fuel management system for $120. That is definitely something to look into. I would rather have EFI instead of carbs anyways. I'm not a fan of old school technology

You need some way for the ECU to sense the RPM. It could be hall effect sensor, variable reluctance sensor or a tach signal from the ignition.

Yeah I now figured that out, I guess I'm guilty of asking before researching. The megasquirt system uses the tach/coil signal. That program is pretty badass fuel management.
