ECU tech help needed

I got a few questions that i could do with some help on, here goes:

I think i might have the opportunity to get a VTi engine from a 1990 CRX and was wondering those of you that have experience, how easy is it to tune maps for this, i'm worried about the VTEC crossover making things difficult?

Are the adaptor boards for the ROMless ECU's working properly yet? If so, I got a PP4 ECU out of a auto car and its a ------- ROMless POS i got so excited i just assumed it would have the 256kROM in it, turns out when i got it home that it does't, can this be used in conjunction with the adaptor board to impliment 1 wire vtec when the code is up and working?

Whats the deal with datalogging and RTP, is it worth getting this hooked up?

Sorry for all the questions but i'm kinda at a point where i dont know what to do, I got my turbo project up and running pretty well now i decided to sell my ---- as i got a better condition DOHC ZC sat in my garage and a bigger turbo, I'm stuck :'( its all come to a grinding halt

what to do what to do

address this on PGMFI and I'll answer it.

The short answer is that there are a lot of things that need testing. Preliminary testing has been done in many cases, but for the time being I'd try to get the ECU that came with the car (PW0) as it will probably run the vtec region much better due to being designed with a higher resolution up top. Running a B16A1 with a PP4 at this point would be of questionable merit IMHO.
