Ebay chip in place of uberdata chip (for non turbo)
Sold my turbo kit and want to get the car back to stock injectors.
Currently have a P28 running on uberdata (BBKA map) Can I install one of those “performance” Ebay chips (I have a couple kicking around) in place of my uberdata chip? The reason why is that I don’t have anyone to burn me a stock map but I do have a couple of those chips from ebay. |

So even though the map that’s on the chip for boost, cutting J1 will make it so it only reads the factory part of the map and allow me to run my stock injectors again?
Sounds to easy. |
