DSM injectors, which ones to use???
 

did not see in FAQ, need to know, which set of DSM injectors are best for my car, 96 integra, 99 SI ecu, VAFC,

Blue tops 450cc OR Black tops 450cc


i am going to the place today to pick up a set, they have both, and i am not sure which one to get

I was under the impression black tops were 440cc?

Most common are blue tops from the 1g.

We all like blue tops because they are JDM colors. Black look to stock for a ricer ;D

well i got the black tops, he had them with the CLIPS, so i got those, and they say 450 on the side of the injector, so i know they are 450'c

all i need is the resistor's now...(i am goin to radio shak now)

Is a resistor pack absolutely neccessary for 450cc injectors? Sorry if this is a stupid question

but I can pick the two up separately right? I can just buy a set of injectors and swoop up a resistor pack for a few dollars at pep-boys or on ebay right?

Or you can buy and wire in individual resistors to each injector. Should be cheap.

blue and black tops are the same flow rate. Just that blue is from 1g DSM and black is from 2g DSM. I would be more tempted to buy the black tops just knowing that they are from newer cars and are probably in better shape or with lower mileage or werent stuck out in the junkyard for too long.

Anyways, just go to radio shack and get some 10volt 10ohms inline resistor and solder them in between two of the wires.
