downloading from a chip

i haxe a chip i got from projekteg that he burnt for me and i was wanting to know if i can get the info off that chip to see what he has got on it.

yes and also on the chips i burn, sst27sf512, they turn out to be 64kb and the stock bins are 32kb. will that effect the map or whatever's on the chip
