dont flame me.....
 
basically i need "uberdata for dummies", ill lay it out flat, i have no problems socketing the ecu but am lost when it comes to how to use uberdata, ive looked over the uberdata site and still dont understand what the hell im looking at.....could someone please explain or direct me to a place where i could learn how to use it, how to put in what i need and how to burn the chips, i just like to be prepared before taking on something new....btw im upgrading from a fmu, so help fast before i melt something

Don't be afraid to ask questions there (within reason). Thats what the site was created for. Also I beleive there was a pretty good writeup of how to create a basemap on H-T somewhere... I'll see if I can find it. trance

im an idiot, i signed up for the forum and never used it theres a post in the newb section about creating a basemap, i appreciate the help

That explains how to create a "basic" base map. Should help out. Any more questions PM me and I'll help out.

Bah, just try it out... if you hear something go boom when you get it started, you know you did it wrong :D just kidding, better safe than sorry.
