does anyone live in pa that can tune my car if i pay them, and if so tell me how much and wut i would need.

93turbo16 can probably do it. PM him on honda-tech.

Where in PA? Its a big state.

I'm in NJ, 07003 and 93Turbo16 is in south central, PA see who is closer and go from there
