What do you mean, like a laptop computer or a Engine Computer (ECU/ECM)?

You really need to learn more about turbocharging and electronic fuel injection. I will answer your questions as best as I can.

do i need a computer for my car is a 92 mustang gt 5.0 with fmu and all stock going to run twin t3 chasler turbos 0,48ex and 0.42 inler and going to run it with on actuater on them so they just flap there
#1 you will need a control unit (ECU, ECM, PCM, whatever). If your car runs and drives right now it already has one in it. You will also need a computer(PC) so you can email random-strike with all your questions so that questions like the one I'm about to answer don't get you banned.

#2 I recommend Chrysler turbo's. Chasler's would be rather difficult to find I think.

#3 if you disconnect the wastegate arms your turbos will not make any boost. Your car will then be slower than when you started. It will also get your post asking why you have no boost linked to every other car forum on the internet(thats bad).

If you have any more questions please don't pm me. I haven't messed with Mustangs in a looong time. pm random-strike
