If you're OBD0, there is code in development for ITBs. Anything else, I have no idea.

honestly I would run crome with its ITB support. It is very nice. Half is in Map and half is in TPS. Kicks ass for ITB's. So I would vote chipped ecu, running crome.

93turbo16.. .have you used it personally or is that a guess?

Hrm, that sounds like Doc's code old. I'll have to look at it, as Doc has revised his ITB code... hrm, I'll dasm John's ROM and take a look at it.

Why Would I just take a guess. I have used it personally, type R with ITBs and skunk2 cams. It was a lot smoother than uber for some reason. But it is very nice, since the map jumps right into almost 0 vacum right away with little TPS. SO that is why is is nice with TPS or Alpha-N.

That is the only thing I use crome for. It doesn't like my ostrich. :'(

It's hard to tell on this board (and most) who have actually done and, or who is passing on what thier sister-in-law's baby cousin Tracy saw on some forum while someone else was changing thier oil. :P

Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders... maybe we can discuss you using the TurboEDIT OBD1 Console.
PM me if you're interested.

Bah.. it has no features that Crome and Uberdata don't already have. Everyone back to your houses, there is nothing to see here. :P

Re: With DIY ITBS can u run a OEM ECU effectivly?

I've used Clone and John's adaptation of Doc's ITB code. Beware your TPS enrichment settings, tuning the vac to TPS transition can be hairy, and the one time the vehicle was taken to sea level from the comfortable 2700 ft elevation hereabouts it started belching black fuel soot/smoke upon tip in. There's probably a bit I missed out on - I spent most of my time getting a satisfactory vacuum/plenum arraingement going because apparently everyone's idea of a suitable vacuum plenum and MAP sensor connection - which I copied - isn't worth a ----. I'll get more seat time with the car when Dave gets GVR4 #366/2000, his POS Merkur, and another miscegenated DSM out of the way of the shop door.
