Not much of a fan of the AFC but if you have to run it, I would say retard 2-4 degrees at the distributor.

where you located? but yeah, like xenocron said, prolly about 2-4° at the distributor. if you run colder plugs gapped down and run 93 octane with a good intercooler, you could get away with no retard. there are people who have run about 10psi with no retard, but that's up to you.

Re:distributor

don't run bosch plugs, they suck. run one step colder ngk's, if you have a d series, you can just ask for stock ngk vpower plugs for a 00 civic si, those will be one step colder than your stock plugs, if you want two step colder plugs, i believe the ngk part number is bkr7e-11, either way, it's the same part number as the si plugs, but have a '7' in the part number instead of a '6' which represents the heat range of the plug.
