I think so too, but I'll help you.
Open BINHacker.exe, open your tune, export the map you want to import into TE, then save it.
Open the TE Utility, open the map, pick if it is a fuel map or an ignition map, and click OK.
That's all there is to it.

The .zdy is the proprietary file that Zdyne's "BinHacker.exe" program creates.
Due to copyright laws, I am not allowed to reverse engineer the .zdy values into a TurboEDIT formula.
Howver, Zdyne does allow export to plaintext, in which I can format that in to a TurboEDIT compatible grid for copying and pasting into TE.
