Uses a regulator valve and a seperate pressure relief valve to control spiking....
Does anyone have a membership at autospeed... or know the specifics of the parts needed?

I'm confident that article is elsewhere on the web in full, I read it a couple years ago from start to finish, I don't have a membership, or maybe back then a membership wasn't required.

I ended up finding a great deal on an electronic controller local... but having this info for others would be pretty cool.
