difference between v-afc and v-afc II

I know that the v-afc 2 works with both vtec and i-vtec, but is there any difference that really affects performance or would the older one work just as well? thanks

read up on their website, it has all the info there.
i think the biggest difference is the II has more tuning points, ie, every 200rpm rather than every 500 or something like that.

i might be really dumb here, but i can't find the comparison. actually, the website talks about the vafc, but doesn't mention the vafc II in any of the parts i saw except the price list. In the product description it has the v-afc with 500 rpm increments not the vafc 2. Can you post a link? thanks

I agree. The Apexi website only mentions the first generation products, not the VAFC2 or SAFC2, unless you go to the Japanese website, and I can't read Japanese... ???

Its just the tuning increments... Few changes.. Either would work, id go with the latest if you can get your hands on it
