Re: DATALOGGING HELP

Are you sure COM1 is the proper port for your laptop? Tried other COMs?

The wire color on your serial cable sounds right...J12 is cut, good (no you dont have to put it back in).

Silly question...did you add datalogging to the ROM?

Re: DATALOGGING HELP

Are you getting any kind of signal or connection? I couldn't connect to Crome and realized I had my 2nd & 4th wires backwards (not power or ground). You might want to try switching them.

I've never used ECU Control, but does your COM port speed have to match the ECU Control speed (if they have one)?

Have you tried driving and datalogging at all, or are you idle in neutral?

Re: DATALOGGING HELP

Uberdata = J12 needs to be IN TACT

Crome/ECU COntrol/Freelog = J12 needs to be cut...and datalogging needs to be specifically enabled in the ROM

huh, oh man i didnt know you had to cut the jumper. what does this do? i mean im going to stick with crome, but wont this wreck the ecu? i read somewhere else that cutting the jumping turns the ecu back to stock

Re: DATALOGGING HELP

cutting J1 put the ecu back to stock

cutting J12 enables data logging.
