Default datalogging?????

i installed the nokia usb cable. i have a p28 that was chipped by the previous owner with who knows what program to run a jdm gsr. i have tryed hondalogger, uberdata, cuddle, ecu control and the free datalogger. the free datalogger and uberdata will connect but it gives erronious data. nothing even close to correct. i have checked the com setting

do i have to have a chip burned by uberdata or crome to use data logging?? what else can i check?

thanks

With Uberdata you have to have the right version or it won't support datalogging. Not sure about the other ones.

So the chip was chipped by the previous owner with an unknow program, and now you're running Uberdata 1.70?

Is the ECU chipped propery? Where at in the ECU is the datalog cable connected?

hum, Do you know what program is running in your chip ? Whether it's Uberdata, Ecucontrol, crome, you need a rom with datalogging enabled and supported by those program. If you're runing something different, than you gonna have to wait till you get a chip burner or have somebody burn for you a chip with datalogging enabled and supported by Uberdata.
