what would be the best way to fuel manage 7-10 psi smfc + injectors or what?

get an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion socket and an OBD1 ecu rechip and get chrome or uberdata

Buy a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness they are like $75 and them get a p28 ECU with uberdata and go from their the whole thing should run you around 220 for the harness and the ECU..

Yep I agree. I've tuned a few Y8's using Crome and they came out great.
