CROME I/O error 103

Was working fine for a bit, now any bin that i download is fucked up.

When i start CROME i get the I/O error 103 then when i open a bin, the injector duty is set as like 500%+ everywhere and so is the timing and ignition maps.

What the ---- is going on, anybody get this before.

However it did give me the insentive to search a little harder and found a solution...

So if you have this issue right click on the crome icon. go to "Properties" click on "Compatibilty" tab, go down to "Privilege Level" and check the box "Run this program as an administrator" then click "Apply" and click "OK"

Works fine now..
