Couple questions about this FMU.

Got this FMU from a buddy for tuning his Civic. Any one know what brand this is. Ok there is the in and out on bottom for fuel off course. There are two Vac ports on top where do they go? Then there are two adjustment screws how do I use these one is like a jet on a carb. I am new to FMUs and will be using this on my bike project.

He gave it to me for using my LM-1 for like 15 min and just do a street tune on his car. So basically the fmu was free. Just need to know what the extra lines are for.

Yes I know they are junk. 98% of kits you can buy use an fmu. I just need to know how to hook this up. I will only be running 5-7psi. If you know what they are for just anwser my question or don't waste my time.

Restricts flow through the return line based on manifold pressure.

It will be a 10:1 to 12:1 ratio... meaning psi above ambient times the ratio equals fuel pressure... for a 40 psi rail pressure and 10:1 FMU you have to make more than 4 psi boost before fuel pressure rises. Yah, they don't do much.

You should rip some local sucker for that FMU and do something that can *control* fuel instead of butcher it, and can yank the correct amount of timing so that high CR hand grenade engine does toss a rod through your calf.

Well I need to tune my 98 GSXR 750. I can't afford 4 more injectors and a 300 dollar unit. The wastegate is set for 6psi.

SRT4 injectors are going for $20 on eBay.

You can rip a local asshat on that FMU in the $50-100 range, then work 15 hours at your McJob to make up the price difference of a used AEM EMS.

Boom, done.
