Code 24? anybody heard of it?

I'm helping a buddy of mine that just recieved an already swaped eh2.

Its a 93 cx with a jdm obd1 h22 running the jdm p13 ecu.

It had quite a few codes when I first got it but all of them are fixed now except one.

I'm getting code 24. I have no idea what it is or what is causing it.

Here are the drivability issues:

-Lack of midrange (in comparision to another friends h22 swapped hatch)
-Extremely jumpy part throttle. Either you are on the gas or off, not inbetween
-when sitting at idle, not rolling, and you give it a tiny bit of gas, somewhere around 10% throttle, it jumps up and down about 300rpm rapidly. Extremely rapidly, similar to a fuel cut.

The car pulls decent still but I feel that it has much more in it.

Any ideas?

Dont know what a 24 is, but the symptoms you describe is spot on for a slight TPS misadjustment. (Premature decel injector cut-off, and idle over-run fuel cut at min. throttle openings)
Set your TPS to .5v with key-on and closed throttle.

Also, an unplugged or seriously malfunctioning IACV will exhibit the same symptoms as well :8

Now that I think of it, an IACV code is 14, hmmm you positive its a 24?

Leed has is right. Make sure you are counting the CEL's right. Many people can't make the transition from the longs to the short blinks when they first start reading CEL's.
