Just went out to mess with that stupid 14b non closing wastegate...to no success even with my shims back in it.

now as i went to drive a bit, i threw a code 22, wtf is up with that? vtec pressure solenoid? possibly just low on oil?

Do you have an oil pressure gauge and full on oil? Disable it.

 

dented oil pan? like csaddict said, you got an oil pressure gauge?

 

1/2 quart low...guess it was that picky. oil pressure is fine, just replaced the pan for a perfect one.

guess the solenoid was just that picky, its been fine all night with full oil.
