Code 10 or Solid Cell

I am getting a solid cell. If I unplug the IAT the Solid Cell goes away and then I get a code 10. Realy wierd. Does anyone have any ideas? OBD1, used both P28 and P06 ECUs. Both are chipped and have run in other cars just fine. This is really frustrating me.

yup your a noob...

Im asuming you got your answer but if not

when you jump the cel iand you have no codes, it will stay solid...

So when you unpluged what ever you did, then it had a cel, and displayed it for you... ;)

Nope, you're the only n00b remaining in this thread. The other guy learned something, and so would you if you had read this thread.
