Cleaning Injectors

Okay so I have some DSM 450cc injectors on the way and I was wondering if you guys recommend cleaning them at all before I put them in? If so what's a good way to do this for cheap? I have heard fuel injector cleaner, carb cleaner, brake cleaner, high octane gas with some addative ----, soak them over night, apply voltage so it pushes the cleaner through. What do you all think?

I was just searching honda-tech and found a post from "MikePalm" in Bellingham WA that says he will clean them for like $35. Anybody here have any experiances with this guy? Seems to be a pretty good deal.

Mike is a nice guy. His work is VERY good, and reasonably priced. He is on a trip to Europe, wont be back for awhile.
His parents have a shop in Tacoma, cant think of the name now, but thats where he was doing the cleaning....Ill come up with the name in minute....

It may not be what you are looking for but I got mine done at RC engineering for 100 bucks. They cleened, balanced, and flow tested them and included the flow chart.I know its pricy but its a verry repputable place and you know you wont get shafted.

I would rather save a few bucks and take the chance of getting shafted. Leed says that one dude does good work and that's good enough for me. I don't live all that far away either so if he does shaft me I can always pay him a visit. If I was going to pay $100 and have RC engineering clean my injectors I might as well just by some brand new rc 440cc injectors. Remember I am cheap bastard, but thanks for the info.

i would put injector cleaner in a bowl and run the injector with an injector tester (shop tool)
